Flat Rate Repairs
A flat rate repair consists of returning a unit to the manufacturer's original specifications, repairing and/or replacing defective parts when necessary, and performing hardware and/or software modifications, when required. The flat rate repair does not include the replacement of braille cells on display units. The charges to replace the main board assembly are listed below for each product. An additional charge of $50 per cell will be applied if cell replacement is needed. You will be contacted if any repair needed is above the flat rate.
