SMAs are essential for receiving ongoing access to the latest product enhancements, critical updates, and technical support. These changes are designed to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for all users.
By keeping your SMA active, you’ll:

- Access new features and technical fixes as they become available.
- Avoid potential reinstatement fees or service disruptions.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. SMAs are now included with all new Perpetual License Purchases.
2. If you have a lapsed SMA or Outdated Version, you have two options to continue receiving product updates:
- Option 1: Transition to a subscription license.
- Option 2: Purchase a new perpetual license with SMA.
3. If you are current with your SMA, you can easily renew it — as long as the renewal happens before the existing SMA expires.
