Short Description:

When scanning in color on HP5200C, text does not get squared up (or aligned) during processing.

Problem:

This problem has only been noticed on the Hewlett Packard ScanJet 5200C when you have color scanning checked and the page is placed slightly crooked on the scanner. This results in the text showing up slanted/crooked on TestTalker's display.

Solution:

Either uncheck color scanning or leave color scanning checked and square up the page on the scanner.
