Short Description:

On Windows 95/98/ME on large documents (20 to 40+ pages) the scroll bar will only navigate within the current page.

Problem:

The problem only occurs on large documents on 95/98/ME (20 to 40+ pages). You will see in the bottom left hand corner of your screen that you are on page 40 of 40 (for example), but when you try to move the scroll bar to navigate to another page, you will only be able to move within the current page. It is possible to navigate using the Page Up and Page Down buttons, but this will only move you about 10 pages. You will not be able to cover the entire document.

Solution:

To move to other pages in long documents, use the arrow keys, or use the Go To Page command in the Edit menu (Ctrl+G).
