WYNN Tip: Creating
Study Sheets from Text Notes
WYNN allows
you to embed a Text Note in context in your document by using the
"Note" button on the pink Study Tools tool bar. You can
read these notes by double-clicking the notepad icon that has been
inserted into the document. When you print the document, the Text
Notes show up at the end of the printed document. You can also opt
to print just the Text Notes by choosing "Text Notes Only"
from your printer dialog box.
Using WYNN's "Freedom Import Printer", you can create
a separate WYNN document of just your text notes by following the
steps below:
- Create Text
Notes as needed in a WYNN document.
- Click the
Print button on the blue tool bar, or Ctrl P, or Print from the
Edit menu to go to the Print dialog box.
- Check the
"Text Notes Only" box from the Print Range section in
the bottom left corner of the dialog box.
- Select "Freedom
Import Printer" from the printer drop down menu (at the top
of the print box window).
- Click the
Print button.
A new document
will open containing all your text notes. You can add to, or edit
this document as you wish.
