Hardware Product Maintenance Agreement (PMA) offers hardware owners an annual contract entitling them to receive unit repairs, including parts and labor, for twelve-months. The customer pays only for shipping their unit to Freedom Scientific in Florida. The PMA service contract does not cover repairs resulting from the misuse or abuse of the covered unit. Annual Software Agreement (ASA) for the PAC Mate BX and QX offers the most economical way to receive the latest versions of Freedom Scientific PAC Mate software technology. Owners of the ASA are eligible to download all upgrade versions to their PAC Mate BX and QX software directly from our Web site at no charge during the 12-month agreement period. Additionally, ASA holders for PAC Mate BX and QX may request the upgrade version to their software on CD-ROM for only a small shipping charge. ASAs are available for U.S. customers only from Freedom Scientific or your local Authorized Dealer and are available for current shipping versions of PAC Mate software. ASAs are not available for PAC Mate BNS and TNS models. The ASA is specifically for Freedom Scientific PAC Mate BX and QX software and does NOT cover upgrades to any third party software, including but not limited to Microsoft products, that are loaded on the PAC Mate BX and QX.
