The Freedom Scientific Hardware Product Maintenance Agreement (PMA)
offers hardware owners an annual contract entitling them to receive unit
software updates and unit repairs, including parts and labor, for 12
months.
This takes effect after the product warranty expires. Customers pay
only for shipping their products to Freedom Scientific in Florida. The
PMA service
contract
does
not cover
repairs
resulting
from
the misuse or abuse of the covered unit. PMA prices and services vary
