FaceToFace™ is a pocket PC application that allows a deaf-blind PAC Mate user to communicate, by way of Bluetooth® wireless technology, with other individuals using a PAC Mate™ or HP™ iPAQ™ pocket PC.
This document describes how to install, configure, and use the FaceToFace application on both the iPAQ and PAC Mate. For initial product installation and configuration on an iPAQ, assistance from a sighted individual is required.

Step 1 requires that you connect to the PMActivate.com Web
page and obtain an Authorization code. You will need the confirmation code that
appears on your FaceToFace Activation certificate to complete this task.
Step 2 requires that you configure various iPAQ Bluetooth settings,
install the FaceToFace software onto the iPAQ using an ActiveSync connection
between the iPAQ and computer, and start and authorize the FaceToFace application.
The FaceToFace application is available on the FaceToFace Program and Documentation
CD.
Step 3 requires that you install the Socket Communications
Bluetooth software driver, which is supplied on the FaceToFace Program and Documentation
CD, and then configure Bluetooth for the PAC Mate.
Step 4 requires that you install and then authorize FaceToFace
on the PAC Mate.
