Dealer Representative

Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively work with the dealers in your designated territory to increase the percentage of their business that is Freedom Scientific BLV Group products
- Function as liaison answering questions regarding FS policies and procedures answer questions regarding BLV Group products and order status
- Daily order and quote processing as outlined in the Order Entry Outbound Contact document.
- Weekly/monthly follow up on quotes
- International - daily pro-forma processing and monthly follow up
- Contact dealers regarding purchase orders to ensure that they are legally executable.(i.e. missing information or conflicting prices, etc) *The exceptions are: domestic dealers have acknowledged that all orders will ship as partials and ground unless otherwise stated on their PO*
- Respond daily to incoming communications via email, telephone, fax, and voicemail
- Domestic - monitor dealers for contract fulfillment and violations
- Manage and communicate the Quarterly Rebate Program for your assigned territory
- Weekly completion of the Leadmaster Project Report
- Support the RSM(s) for your assigned territory
- Completion of the Donation /Special Pricing Form and the Error Report as necessary
- Plan, prepare and attend, if required, the Annual Dealer Meeting in January
- Maintain a working knowledge of all BLV Group products
- Any other duties as assigned by management
