Technical Support Request
When you submit your Technical Support request, after an initial
assessment by our support team, the resolution of the problem will be
assigned to an appropriate engineer and a reply will be sent to you
by email. If necessary, it will be entered into our database for
tracking purposes. It will be associated with a ticket number, which
will then be provided to you by e-mail as well.
Periodically we will post notices regarding tips, workarounds or
problems and solutions in the Technical Support Notices (TSN) section
of the Technical Support page.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
