Creating Tasks on your PAC MateCreating tasks allows you to coordinate your activities. By using Tasks, you can track the to-do progress, and even assign the task a priority, start date, end date, reminder, and amend it with notes. Getting to TasksOn the Today screen, press the DOWN ARROW until you reach Tasks and press ENTER . The first time you do this, you will hear a List view with 0 items. If items exist, press the up and down arrow keys to move through the tasks. Creating a New TaskTo start a new Task, press CTRL+N. You are automatically in the Subject field. You may enter a Subject or choose a pre-loaded subject. Press the DOWN ARROW to pick from preloaded subjects, then press ENTER. (hear example) You are then in a List view of 10 items; the top item is the subject just entered. Press the DOWN ARROW to move through the items. If you want to change an item, press ENTER to change it. Then press ENTER to save the change and move on to the next item. Those 10 items include:
