To save, you can either press ESC or go to the File menu, then to Save As.

First, you come to a field where you can enter the "Name" of the file. After naming it, press TAB to move to "Folder" to select the destination folder for your file.

Once you choose a location, press TAB to move to "Type" in order to choose a format in which to save the file. There are five choices: .fsd, .brf, .rtf, .psw, .txt. If you plan to print in braille, save the file in the .brf format. Use the arrow keys to move through the choices.

After choosing a format, press TAB to move to "Location." This lets you choose to save the file to the main memory or a storage card, if you have a storage card.

Finally, press TAB again. You are now on the OK button and can press ENTER to save.
