Setting Owner Information
You should be on the Today screen.
Entering Owner Information
Press the DOWN ARROW until you reach the owner information.

Press ENTER to change this information. There are six
settings. Press TAB to move between each:
- Name - You are automatically in the Name
field. Type in your name.
On the BX, type in your name in computer
braille. This convention must be followed in all single-line edit fields,
including the remaining fields in the owner information screen.
- Company - Type in the company name if you wish.
- Address - Type in your address.
- Telephone - Type in your telephone number.
- E-mail - Enter your e-mail address. To produce the
"at" (@)sign on the BX, press DOTS 4-7.
- Show information when device is turned on - This
is an option that can be checked or unchecked. By turning this on, your
information is shown when you turn on the PAC Mate
(hear
example of fields being announced)
To save changes, press ENTER. The Today screen will
be announced.
To check that your changes have been saved, press the DOWN ARROW
on the Today screen. You should hear your owner information announced
as you arrow down through the contents of the Today screen.
