Short Description:

Scanning with the Visioneer 9650 displays blurry text with Sideways Color Scanning.

Problem:

When you Scan a color document with the Color Scanning option checked, and the document is sideways in the scanner, text may appear very blurry and unreadable.

Solution:

Option A) Uncheck Color Scanning and scan the document the same way. Text appears perfectly.

Option B) If you Scan a color document with Color Scanning checked, you must place the document right side up (not sideways). Now the text appears fine.
