WYNN Version 7 is here!
WYNN is the award-winning literacy software tool designed to enhance success for individuals with reading challenges and writing difficulties. WYNN 7’s exciting new features include the first of its kind electronic notecards and writing templates aligned with the Common Core State Standards. The product boasts the PAL toolset, and the PREPARE process, a well-researched and systematic educational process to support active interaction with text, including supports for reading, writing, studying, and organizing notes. This process, paired with the PAL features, provides a powerful support structure for all students.

WYNN 7.0 was partly funded by a Steppingstones of Technology Innovation for Children with Disabilities grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). The grant was awarded in partnership with Dr. Cynthia Okolo, an educational researcher at Michigan State University.

WYNN’s bimodal approach — simultaneous highlighting of the text as it is spoken — transforms printed text into understandable information that benefits readers of all ages. WYNN was developed with the help of special educators and individuals with learning difficulties. WYNN supports reading, writing, studying, and productivity using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles.
