This class is an introduction for UX Designers on how to factor accessibility into UX design. The course includes discussion and examples related to topics like keyboard-based user interaction, accessible navigation, efficient interaction design, focus management, time limits, and more. Includes hands-on activities involving use of a standard keyboard, and a fun and interactive small-group activity involving the design of a mobile pizza-ordering app screen. In this activity, each group sketches a user interface on a flip chart, taking account what they have learned about accessible information architecture, visual design, and UX design. Then, each group reviews their design concept with other groups.
